Welcome to River (the “App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the River mobile application provided by us (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
River is a local-only creative tool that allows users to create personalized videos by importing photos and applying decorative visual elements.
All processing occurs entirely on your device. The App does not require account creation and does not transmit user data to our servers.
You must comply with all applicable laws and App Store terms when using the App.
River is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you are under the applicable age, please use the App only with appropriate parental or guardian supervision.
The App allows you to import photos from your device to create videos.
You retain full ownership of any photos you import and any video you create.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
